Meet Blair

Blair Mutimer was born into the world of construction. Before he was old enough to drive until the time he graduated from college, the only work he ever knew was working in his family’s construction business. He learned to appreciate quality in workmanship and honest communication from a young age. It’s no surprise that, for as long as he can remember, Blair knew what he wanted for his future.
It has been over eight years since Blair graduated from Georgia Southern with a degree in Construction Management. With his signature passion for each customer’s experience, he approaches each workday focused on the details that help create cherished moments at home. With Mutimer Custom Homes, Blair is realizing his dream by helping people build theirs.
Building dreams is exactly what Blair prioritizes when he collaborates with clients. He is a rare find in that he brings the experience of a seasoned expert, the energy of a young professional, and an insatiable passion for people to every project he is awarded. He understands the importance of a home that is created for comfort, activities, priorities, and most of all making memories.
As a husband and father of three, Blair lives his belief that the most treasured memories are built at home.
