Design It starts with a conversation, not a floor plan. We meet with you to talk through your vision, your must-haves, and your budget, then bring you a plan that actually reflects how your family lives.
Financing Construction loans can be confusing. We work alongside trusted lender partners to help you land on the financing option that fits your family and your budget — no jargon, no guesswork.
Plans & Permitting Once your purchase agreement is signed, we finalize blueprints and engineering, then handle every bit of the permitting process with local and county officials so you don’t have to.
Building This is where it becomes real. From site prep through framing, plumbing and electrical, insulation, drywall, and every finish after — our construction team performs regular quality checks at each stage, so nothing gets rushed and nothing gets missed.
Warranty Every Mutimer-built home is backed by the 2-10 Home Warranty Program: a 1-year builder warranty, a 2-year mechanical warranty, and a 10-year structural warranty. We also check back in at 60 days and again at 11 months to make sure everything’s performing the way it should.

Not every home has to be built from scratch — sometimes the right one already exists. Either way, you get the same person, not a stranger’s name on a yard sign.
Buying a Home Blair searches with a builder’s eye — he looks past fresh paint to what actually matters years down the road: the bones of the house, the quality of the work, whether the price reflects real value. If the right home isn’t on the market yet, he can build it for you instead.
